Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through https://bankdonut.mysellauth.com ("DonutBank", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final on Fulfilled Orders

Due to the nature of digital, virtual in-game items, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled and the items have been delivered to your in-game account. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for delivered orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • buyer's remorse or change of mind;
  • loss, theft, or confiscation of items by the game publisher, server operator, or any third party after delivery;
  • bans, account resets, or other actions taken against your in-game account;
  • the items being worth less in-game than you expected; or
  • inability to use the items due to your own actions, account status, or in-game circumstances.

2. Failed or Incomplete Deliveries

If your order is not delivered automatically, do not file a chargeback or dispute. Contact us first and we will resolve it.

To request manual delivery, send a message to contact@donutbank.net or open a ticket in our Discord server at https://discord.gg/R4VC2jK8q, and include:

  • your order ID;
  • the in-game username you provided at checkout;
  • the date and time of purchase; and
  • a brief description of what happened (for example, the bot did not arrive, only part of the order was delivered, or the items did not appear in your account).

You must report any delivery failure within 72 hours of placing the order. After confirming the order is genuinely unfulfilled, we will manually deliver the items you purchased. Manual delivery is the exclusive remedy for failed automated delivery.

3. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order only before it has been fulfilled. Once the fulfillment system has dispatched delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for cancellation. Refunds for genuinely unfulfilled and cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method, less any non-refundable processing fees charged by our payment provider.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was delivered — or before contacting us about a delivery issue — is a violation of our Terms of Service. Customers who do so may be:

  • permanently banned from DonutBank, our Discord, and any related services;
  • reported to our payment processors and added to fraud-prevention databases; and
  • pursued for the disputed amount and any associated fees.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us first. We respond to support requests promptly and want to make things right.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds outside this Policy may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (for example, where a duplicate charge has occurred, or where required by applicable law). Granting a refund in one case does not obligate us to do so in any other case.
