Terms of Service

Welcome to DonutBank ("DonutBank", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://bankdonut.mysellauth.com or https://donutbank.net (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site, joining our Discord server, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Nature of the Service

DonutBank operates an online storefront that offers virtual in-game items and currency ("Digital Items") for use within third-party online multiplayer game environments. Digital Items are delivered automatically via our fulfillment system to the in-game account specified by the customer at checkout.

Digital Items:

• have no monetary value outside the relevant game environment;
• are not legal tender, currency, securities, or financial instruments;
• are not redeemable for cash; and
• exist solely within a third-party game environment that we do not own, operate, or control.

DonutBank is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, the operators of any Minecraft server, or any other game publisher.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed on the Site and are payable in the currencies and methods supported at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors and merchant of record, where applicable) to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including where we suspect fraud, payment risk, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for that order.

4. Delivery

Orders are typically fulfilled automatically within minutes of payment confirmation. You are responsible for providing the correct in-game username and for being available in-game (or otherwise meeting the conditions required to receive delivery) during the fulfillment window. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

If automated delivery fails for any reason, contact us at contact@donutbank.net or via our Discord (https://discord.gg/R4VC2jK8q) and we will arrange manual delivery of the items you purchased.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• providing accurate order details, including the correct in-game username;
• complying with the rules, terms of service, and end-user license agreements of the game and server in which you receive Digital Items;
• the security of your in-game account, Discord account, and email account; and
• any consequences imposed by the game publisher or server operator as a result of receiving Digital Items.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that:

• the game environment and any in-game accounts are operated by third parties over whom we have no control;
• the game publisher or server operator may, at any time and without notice, modify, suspend, ban, confiscate, reset, or otherwise affect your account or the Digital Items you receive;
• once Digital Items have been delivered to your in-game account, we have no ability to retrieve, replace, or compensate you for items lost due to actions by the game publisher, server operator, or any third party; and
• you bear all such risks.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for orders that were delivered;
• use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Digital Items obtained through DonutBank without our written consent;
• use the Site, our Discord, or our support channels to harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other customers;
• attempt to interfere with, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems; or
• use any automated means to access the Site other than ordinary browsing.

Violation may result in order cancellation, refusal of service, account bans across our platforms, and reporting to payment processors and law enforcement where appropriate.

8. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, contact us first — we will work to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a material breach of these Terms. Customers who file chargebacks for delivered orders may be permanently banned from our services and added to fraud-prevention databases shared with our payment processors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the DonutBank name — is owned by DonutBank or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without prior written permission. Game-related trademarks, names, and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and all Digital Items are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted service. We do not warrant that Digital Items will remain available, retain any in-game value, or remain compliant with any third-party game's rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall DonutBank, its operators, owners, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or in-game items, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any Digital Items, regardless of the legal theory.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DonutBank and its operators, owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your violation of any law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, our Discord, or our services at any time and for any reason, including any breach of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions — will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DonutBank operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to binding arbitration or to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, at our election, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
